--- TERMS OF SERVICE ---
• The commissioned piece is for PERSONAL use only. It will be used for non-profit purposes unless stated otherwise. That being said, please do not claim the illustration as your own work. Proper credit is required.
•The commissioned piece is NOT ALLOWED for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) items unless otherwise discussed.
• I do not allow any of my clients in any circumstance to use my art for any blockchain-related
technology (NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR ANY AI SOFTWARES), be it for advertising or profit.
• I reserve the right to post a lower-quality illustration on my social media and include it in my portfolio.
• If I think I cannot deliver the piece in time/in best quality, I have the right to refuse the commission request.

• Payment method: PayPal for overseas clients | Gcash or Bank transfer (BPI) for local clients
• Local clients who wish to pay in PayPal must pay for the USD price.
• Full payment must be done upfront unless discussed otherwise. I will only work on the commission once payment has been made.
• An additional fee may be charged depending on the complexity of character details such as markings, accessories, clothing, palette etc.
• By paying an invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email.
• You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.
• Tips and Donations are optional but appreciated!
• Commissions without reference sheets will be charged extra as I need to conceptualize your character from scratch or from various inconsistent reference images.
• If you wish for your commission to be private (NDA), it must be stated during the ordering process.
• The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
• I will send drafts and updates for approval. I will no longer entertain revisions in the rendering stage unless it's something minor.
• Revisions after the rendering stage will incur additional cost.
• Please give me around 5-14 days to finish the commission after you receive a sketch update. Keep in mind that delays may happen. If such events or emergencies may occur, I will try to keep you updated.
• Strictly no refunds after receiving a sketch update.
• I will send the HD files through Gdrive only. You will receive a watermarked image and a non-watermarked png file of the illustration.
